Marc Alós i Anna Mª Pla

 

Sculptor and specializing in murals bas-relief. Son of the pottery Anna M ª Pla, He has formed from five years in the workshops where his mother worked.In 2003, he settled in l'Estartit and he opened a pottery sculpture workshop where he has the opportunity to make related works with the Mediterranean and  marine flora and fauna through various materials and techniques related with the mud. In 2007 he opened a bigger workshop in Torroella de Montgrí to develop large-scale works and big murals too. 

 

She was born in Barcelona and currently, lives in Torroella and l'Estartit.From child, she began to have contact with the craft and ceramics at the potter school “l'Obrador”. Later, he made some courses of craft at the School of Ceramics in La Bisbal d'Empordà.Since 80s until today, she has done many group and individual exhibitions.
